If Manole Șofran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudiu Marghescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Racoviță, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Remus Hârtopanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Claudiu Marghescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute Daniel Racoviță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudiu Marghescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remus Hârtopanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Claudiu Marghescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Traian Costache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, FC MITI's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Racoviță came free, but Claudiu Marghescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, FC MITI's Olimpiu Vătăşel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alin Hobjilă narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Racoviță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Claudiu Marghescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute of the match Sabin Urducea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudiu Marghescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Racoviță was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in FC MITI's zone, Daniel Racoviță stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudiu Marghescu came out of the goal and Daniel Racoviță tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Remus Hârtopanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Claudiu Marghescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alin Hobjilă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manole Șofran in the 59th minute of play. Claudiu Marghescu was a little too slow when Remus Hârtopanu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-1. Remus Hârtopanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Racoviță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudiu Marghescu having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Traian Costache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Dridif's Remus Hârtopanu got a free kick in the 85th minute. Claudiu Marghescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Racoviță in the 91st minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Dridif left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC MITI.
