FC BIHOR ORADEA's Mugur Gligor got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 7th minute Dumitru Bădila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Bârsan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Denis Feraru sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Albert Bârsan threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Denis Feraru this time. FC BIHOR ORADEA's Edgar Dejeu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silviu Uncu in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute Silviu Uncu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Dejeu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Iordache Marincean fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC.Bombers's protests and gave Iordache Marincean a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC BIHOR ORADEA booed when FC.Bombers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iordache Marincean didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cezar Belu in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Dejeu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes in the game, Dumitru Bădila fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Albert Bârsan having to interfere. In the 38th minute Cezar Belu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Dejeu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC.Bombers's Iordache Marincean suffered a sore foot after 41 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 41 minutes into the game, Tudor Mircescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC BIHOR ORADEA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC.Bombers the free kick. Tudor Mircescu hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. If Mugur Gligor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cezar Belu made a kick off. In the 59th match minute, FC BIHOR ORADEA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mugur Gligor to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the FC.Bombers defense, Dumitru Bădila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albert Bârsan. The FC.Bombers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albert Bârsan should have stopped the shot. If Dumitru Bădila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC.Bombers's zone, Dumitru Bădila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albert Bârsan came out of the goal and Dumitru Bădila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 71 played minutes FC BIHOR ORADEA got a freekick which was hit by Silviu Berceanu. If Mugur Gligor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 minutes of play, FC BIHOR ORADEA's Silviu Berceanu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albert Bârsan was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Mugur Gligor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the FC BIHOR ORADEA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
