Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Argestru CS's Marian Graur started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alexandru Armeanca charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexandru Armeanca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexandru Armeanca hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the game, Cosbuc UFC's Matei Caciulescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florin Petrescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 12 played minutes Marian Graur rounded Cosbuc UFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Sandu Bâlea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Argestru CS defense, Nae Ioviță kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florin Petrescu. The Argestru CS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florin Petrescu should have stopped the shot. Marian Graur struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Costică Petculescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argestru CS. In the 30thth minute of the game Marian Graur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cosbuc UFC's Costică Petculescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Matei Caciulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florin Petrescu having to interfere. Marian Graur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Marius Ciolofan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nae Ioviță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florin Petrescu having to interfere. Nae Ioviță struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Florin Petrescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cosbuc UFC.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nae Ioviță stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Cosbuc UFC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Cornel Cojan hit a great ball. Costică Petculescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Graur in the 54th minute of the match. Viorel Cigu kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Florin Petrescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Ioviță in the 60th minute of play. With his leg Florin Petrescu managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Cosbuc UFC's Matei Caciulescu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 63 played minutes Argestru CS got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Apetroaiei. After a rather tough play, Argestru CS's Isac Neguțu got a free kick in the 79th minute. Alexandru Armeanca missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 81 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Florin Petrescu right hand side. After 84 minutes, Isac Neguțu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Argestru CS and the Cosbuc UFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Argestru CS's Isac Neguțu got a free kick in the 84th minute. It was beautiful to see Cosbuc UFC's Cornel Cojan in action when he in the 86th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Sebastian Apetroaiei kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Cosbuc UFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alexandru Armeanca in the 89th minute. Cosbuc UFC's Toader Raicu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Florin Petrescu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Argestru CS's Marian Graur got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Cosbuc UFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Argestru CS from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
