Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marian Graur made the kick off which started today's match. OTELUL Galati's Iustinian Pânzariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Graur in the 9th minute of play. Iustinian Pânzariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Graur in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of OTELUL Galati booed when Argestru CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Apetroaiei didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iustinian Pânzariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Graur, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Iustinian Pânzariu was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Marian Graur capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marian Graur really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Iustinian Pânzariu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Graur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iustinian Pânzariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Graur, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. OTELUL Galati's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florin Lupu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Marian Graur came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Argestru CS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marian Graur couldn't finish the play. Iustinian Pânzariu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Graur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florin Lupu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rdth minute of the game Marian Graur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but OTELUL Galati's Iustinian Pânzariu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iustin Ţiţeica stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Florin Lupu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iustinian Pânzariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute of the match Argestru CS got a corner. OTELUL Galati's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Isac Neguțu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Iustinian Pânzariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Lupu in the 61st minute of play. Leontin Apostu kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Florin Lupu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iustinian Pânzariu having to make a save. Iustinian Pânzariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Graur in the 77th minute of the match. If Marian Graur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florin Lupu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84thth minute of the game Florin Lupu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but OTELUL Galati's Iustinian Pânzariu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iustinian Pânzariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Graur, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Iustinian Pânzariu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Graur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Florin Lupu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iustinian Pânzariu was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. After having played for 97 minutes, Florin Lupu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argestru CS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florin Lupu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Argestru CS were the better team. Argestru CS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
