Adas Abakevičius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fritz Molander having to interfere. After 11 minutes of play, vAbAlAy's Jotautas Brazas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fritz Molander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sylwester Fujarczuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hubertas Vadišius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Hubertas Vadišius sped through vAbAlAy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sylwester Fujarczuk. 20 minutes into the match, vAbAlAy's goal looked a bit too open when Hubertas Vadišius came free, but Sylwester Fujarczuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fritz Molander made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Adas Abakevičius sent off a good shot on target. 51 minutes into the match, Hubertas Vadišius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sylwester Fujarczuk. vAbAlAy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hubertas Vadišius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Fritz Molander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juozas Vilkas in the 57th minute of play.
