Sylwester Fujarczuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, vAbAlAy's goal looked a bit too open when Aivaras Dekanis came free, but Sylwester Fujarczuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, vAbAlAy's Juozas Vilkas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eurelijus Kirklys narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eurelijus Kirklys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juozas Vilkas in the 39th minute of play. Dominykas Mikėnas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 played minutes, vAbAlAy's Orestas Skablauskas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eurelijus Kirklys came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in vAbAlAy reached it.

Eurelijus Kirklys made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Kropilai's Eurelijus Kirklys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adas Abakevičius in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Dominykas Mikėnas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baldomiro Gamus scored 2-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eurelijus Kirklys, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute of the match Nedas Ratkus shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eurelijus Kirklys showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 73 minutes, Baldomiro Gamus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. vAbAlAy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomiro Gamus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juozas Vilkas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eurelijus Kirklys having to interfere. Kropilai's Eurelijus Kirklys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juozas Vilkas in the 82nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomiro Gamus in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eurelijus Kirklys saved Kropilai from getting behind. 94 minutes into the match, vAbAlAy's goalkeeper Sylwester Fujarczuk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aivaras Dekanis. The audience was convinced that Juozas Vilkas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eurelijus Kirklys was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
