Jouko Lindberg kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Mauno Viitakoski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Markku Kiuru having to interfere. 9 minutes into the game, Esko Kunnas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kustaa Elovaara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Visa Laakkonen's late challenge caught a NiggaStoleMyPlayas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Visa Laakkonen helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of Varppeenseutu:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of NiggaStoleMyPlayas:s goal. Kustaa Elovaara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tero Ahosmäki in the 19th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Untamo Karhunen in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kustaa Elovaara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Varppeenseutu's Jouko Lindberg got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute of the match Visa Haanpää shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kustaa Elovaara showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The corner led Varppeenseutu's Visa Laakkonen to fire away a dangerous shot which Markku Kiuru despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ilmari Karjala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Markku Kiuru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauno Viitakoski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kari Petriläinen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ilmari Karjala blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Markku Kiuru having to make a save. Veeti Venäläinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kustaa Elovaara having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauno Viitakoski to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, NiggaStoleMyPlayas's Veeti Venäläinen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kustaa Elovaara. Kustaa Elovaara yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Esko Kunnas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Untamo Karhunen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kustaa Elovaara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Untamo Karhunen struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Kustaa Elovaara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NiggaStoleMyPlayas. After a defensive mix-up in NiggaStoleMyPlayas's zone, Ilmari Karjala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Markku Kiuru came out of the goal and Ilmari Karjala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ilmari Karjala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to NiggaStoleMyPlayas getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Miro Lumio hit a great ball. After 79 minutes, Tero Ahosmäki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NiggaStoleMyPlayas and the Varppeenseutu players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 79 played minutes NiggaStoleMyPlayas got a freekick which was hit by Tero Ahosmäki. Kustaa Elovaara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Veeti Venäläinen, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Veeti Venäläinen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Kustaa Elovaara successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 88 minutes, Kari Petriläinen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Varppeenseutu and the NiggaStoleMyPlayas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th match minute, Varppeenseutu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kari Petriläinen to maneuver through the defense. If Mauno Viitakoski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
