Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sauva AD's Manoel Galvão started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Matheus Zanette came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Sauva AD's Manoel Galvão. But to his dismay, Manoel Galvão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the game, Matías Mineiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sauva AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PAIA FC the free kick. After 9 played minutes Sauva AD got a freekick which was hit by Matías Mineiro. A collision led to Sauva AD getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ricardinho de Souza hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Egídio Mendes got free with Dalmo Linhares in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Danilo Mumbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Juninho Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute, Manoel Galvão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sauva AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Ricardinho de Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dalmo Linhares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egídio Mendes in the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Manoel Galvão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matheus Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egídio Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo Linhares having to interfere. Ricardinho de Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dalmo Linhares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Mendonça in the 44th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sauva AD's zone, Egídio Mendes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmo Linhares came out of the goal and Egídio Mendes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sauva AD's goalkeeper Dalmo Linhares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Danilo Mumbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 64 played minutes Sauva AD got a freekick which was hit by Juninho Vidal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egídio Mendes in the 66th minute of play forced Sauva AD's goalkeeper Dalmo Linhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sauva AD's zone, Danilo Mumbach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmo Linhares came out of the goal and Danilo Mumbach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 69 minutes into the match, Manoel Galvão dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Matheus Zanette, 0-4. Matías Dracena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo Linhares having to interfere. Marcos Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo Linhares having to interfere. Egídio Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo Linhares having to interfere. Egídio Mendes might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dalmo Linhares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Egídio Mendes ran back to his position shaking his head. Egídio Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo Linhares having to interfere. If Marcos Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Although PAIA FC had been in control for most of the match, Sauva AD still came away with the win.
