Metolokos MZ Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anapolandia E C the free kick. In the 26th match minute, Metolokos MZ Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Almeida to maneuver through the defense. After 27 played minutes, Anapolandia E C's Marcel Prestes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Armandinho Carneiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Anapolandia E C reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Perivaldo Massa in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armandinho Carneiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the game, Anapolandia E C's Perivaldo Massa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armandinho Carneiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Fernando Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Armandinho Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Secco in the 37th minute of play forced Metolokos MZ Clube's goalkeeper Armandinho Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armandinho Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Perivaldo Massa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 minutes of play, Anapolandia E C's Perivaldo Massa made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armandinho Carneiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fernando Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armandinho Carneiro having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Norberto Vinhas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ian Palmeira. That made the score 1-4 in the 46 minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristian Vianna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Armandinho Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernando Secco's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After having played for 58 minutes, Perivaldo Massa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anapolandia E C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Perivaldo Massa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ruy Meireles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Ian Palmeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Metolokos MZ Clube's Armandinho Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perivaldo Massa in the 66th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Perivaldo Massa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Armandinho Carneiro. That made the score 1-6 in the 70 minute of play. In the last second Armandinho Carneiro throw himself and got hold of the ball when Perivaldo Massa in the 73rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Armandinho Carneiro made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Chicão Capixaba sent off a good shot on target. Armandinho Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perivaldo Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Anapolandia E C's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Augusto Vale came free, but Ian Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
