Claudinei Pereira hit a great ball. Laerte Brodel was extremely unlucky when he, in the 5th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 9th minute Didi Rezende shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caio Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Luiz Gustavo Batista fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tinguatiba's protests and gave Luiz Gustavo Batista a yellow card for diving instead. The long shot by Zé Paulo de Lara in the 12th minute really tested Vlastimil Hanžl's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 14 minutes into the game, Tinguatiba's Didi Rezende nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Caio Nunes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 17th minute, Didi Rezende made a precise shot to the right of Caio Nunes. Habbo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With a little luck, Tinguatiba's Vlastimil Hanžl got control of the ball when Laerte Brodel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Laerte Brodel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Vlastimil Hanžl made a huge save. Tinguatiba were furious when Luiz Gustavo Batista was red carded, 39 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Tinguatiba getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Luiz Gustavo Batista hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Vlastimil Hanžl successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giovanni Queirós was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Habbo booed when Tinguatiba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Giovanni Queirós had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Caio Nunes. Habbo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Giovanni Queirós was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Vlastimil Hanžl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jânio Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Tinguatiba getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Yuri Carioca hit a great ball. Anselmo Saludes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caio Nunes having to interfere. If Giovanni Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Habbo getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Elano da Rocha hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute Anselmo Saludes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caio Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Habbo's zone, Giovanni Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caio Nunes came out of the goal and Giovanni Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Habbo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tinguatiba were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
