Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cyryl Gibowski took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, Skandawa's Boruc Porajewski seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Boruc Porajewski the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Skandawa protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Boruc Porajewski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Damian Juszkowski placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Wiktor Karp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boruc Modrzewski having to interfere. Roland Degutis kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Aleksander Rakowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ManU Zabrze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleksander Rakowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wiktor Karp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boruc Modrzewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Aleksander Rakowicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Szymon Leper having to make a save. In the 34th minute Cyryl Gibowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szymon Leper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aleksander Rakowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cyryl Gibowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Szymon Leper having to make a save. Aleksander Rakowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szymon Leper having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Skandawa's Olaf Koprowski got a free kick in the 39th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cyryl Gibowski in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Szymon Leper saved Skandawa from getting behind. Cyryl Gibowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Szymon Leper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Szymon Leper made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aleksander Rakowicz in the 44th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wiktor Karp to make the kick off. In the 55th minute of the match Damian Juszkowski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Szymon Leper skillfully saved the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Cyryl Gibowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Szymon Leper was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Cyryl Gibowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 played minutes Skandawa got a freekick which was hit by Olaf Koprowski. Aleksander Rakowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 81 minutes, Aleksander Rakowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ManU Zabrze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleksander Rakowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Skandawa's goal looked a bit too open when Aleksander Rakowicz came free, but Szymon Leper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wiktor Karps short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Boruc Modrzewski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 87th minute Cyryl Gibowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szymon Leper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cyryl Gibowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Skandawa's Szymon Leper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyryl Gibowski in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyryl Gibowski in the 94th minute of play forced Skandawa's goalkeeper Szymon Leper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Skandawa's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
