What to do with player maxed all skills

Hi, Does it make any difference where to place a player that has maxed all his skills? Rest him or just leave him on the training pitch? Will it deteriorate his form? Thanks.Hi,

There's a training boost for the skill where he's training (even if he is maxed), so leave him on the training pitch. Pick the skill where you think he could benefit the most from that boost.ç

And no, his form won't be affected.
