Loyal players should arrive aged 20 not 21 at end of season

[AUSNZ]

We have an option to take cash and two loyal players when we complete the end of season tour. Unfortunately the loyal players come aged at 21 and turn 22 5 days later (next season ) this kills any chance to have them for u21 competition. Any chance these guys can came at 20 and then be eligible to play u21 in the following season?We have an option to take cash and two loyal players when we complete the end of season tour. That is the point - so loyal players wouldn't give another luck factor to u21 teams! And some teams get really really good loyal ones that make a huge difference. Personally I would make them older so they also wouldn't influence U23 level too. Change the player generation so that they would have maximum 8 balls in skill and also change the maxing setting so they would not train above 8 in any skills(exept form and experience ofcourse). Like I said some users have huge luck and they get really good ones which will give huge advantage to teams and I consider it unfair.That is the point - so loyal players wouldn't give another luck factor to u21 teams! I would rather 'skilled youth spotters' rather than loyal players. Give up something like; "One of your coaches has been out into the local youth tournament and found a couple of promising players, they are currently 15 years old but would be able to join your team at the start of next season" Give them 3 or 4 stars on the high skills and 2 or 3 stars on the low skills. Importantly give them 3 or 4 stars on the training speed. Also make it so that they cannot be sold until 23 - they will be good but you will be stuck with them if you ever want rid you have to think long term.I would rather 'skilled youth spotters' rather than loyal players.
Give up something like;
