Does Form or Status affect Training?

Simple question. Do players who have better form train faster? And same with statuses: Does - "Underplayed" - "Overplayed" - "Match Fit" Affect Training? I am going for a long term youth training strategy and am wondering if I should be trying to keep my players in their best form for their training. Thanks~Simple question.
