Glitch Retiring player - blocked from transfer market

Hi, can anyone help me understand why would a player, who announced retirement today, would be blocked from transfer market? It says the block is till 12/10/2025 7:21am I bought the player 4 seasons ago. Player ID is 210589491Hi, can anyone help me understand why would a player, who announced retirement today, would be blocked from transfer market?

I also have a player who I extended and cannot now list. Does anyone know if that is indefinite? Ideally I had planned to move on half way through the season!I also have a player who I extended and cannot now list.

This is from the manual: "Selling a retiring Player A retiring Player transfer window will be open between Day 1 and 21 of each Season. A Player whose career has been extended cannot be sold, meaning that a buyer always knows that a retiring Players on the Transfer Market can play at least the current and the following Season (if the extend career bonus is payed)."
