Training green bars

Hello, i just returned to MZ after a long time. I put all of my players to positions in training field where they have maximum potential according to scout but should i put them to positions where they have highest green bar? I couldn't find anywhere any tip or explanation on this. Don't need to explain Training Camps etc. Thank you for answering!Hello, i just returned to MZ after a long time.

If you mean the green bar next to each skill on the player profile, that only shows you how close they are to the next ball. Completely up to you on what to train, but may be advantageous to turn those partials into full balls.If you mean the green bar next to each skill on the player profile, that only shows you how close they are to the next ball.
