Custom youth setup

I want to ask a question if someone can help me. I had 12 youth players. I wanted to get 23 and i used custom youth setup. I ordered 3 16y 4 17y and 4 18y. What i got is just 7 youth players. 3 16y and 7 17y. I didnt get 18y and i lost 4 18y youths i had. Can anyone explain please. In total now i have 11 youths. The players ordered are the total you will have, not a plus of what you already had. What you did is just costumizing players age. For example : You odered 4 18yo, so you lost the initial 18yo players and got 4 new ones.The players ordered are the total you will have, not a plus of what you already had.

So the number i order should be higher then players i actually i have. For ex. If ia have 4 18y. and i order 10 other 18y. And if you have 4 18yo and order 3 18yo, you'll lose one randomly.And if you have 4 18yo and order 3 18yo, you'll lose one randomly.
