Why Russia still has acces to MZ?

And why MZ changed the "z" for the zone? If Russia didn't nothing wrong why "z" is now changed to "tz"? Either MZ is accepting they are attacking and killing innocent people, either nothing happens. so? all should be banned. not only from official cups, but all mz russia should be closed.

Do we even know that they still live in Russia? The situation is different, but over half of the managers in Venezuela's top flight are part of the diaspora. Wouldn't surprise me if some of these guys were no longer in Russia. Your mention of how they only have 7 club members made me curious about the state of their National Cup, for which they only got 9 teams playing. This reminded me of how much the Crew dragged its feet when we requested our own National Cup something like 10 years ago despite having like 40 people sign up for the old National Cup - Group 4 while countries with less teams signed up for their National Cups still had their own. After much debate in one of the Admin forums, they said that if we could get 30 teams to sign up for the National Cup, we'd get our own cup. The game has obviously changed from then and many communities have shrunk in size, but maybe a way to sanction Russia without outright kicking Russian players out of the game is to take away their National Cup and absorb them into the National Cup - World? Totally unrelated to this discussion, but looking at the number of teams signed up for that cup, it looks like Indonesia should have their own cup based on the standards set all those years ago. Canada should also have its own cup tbh, but they're a bit under that threshold.

I looked at the last open cup to draw my numbers, usually CMs signup for all cups but for National Cups some non-CM managers signup. There's no point in organizing a National Cup with less than 32 teams, let alone 9.... that's just easy money for all teams involved. As for the couple of Russian managers, the sanctions are in place to punish the Country economically and not to punish the people living there, I doubt a couple of guys buying tokens at MZ will have any significant impact in the economy of Russia.

Leave politics matters out of MZ lads. It's not ordinary people's fault or sport athlets that there is a war. There is loads of war in the world at the moment so you would have to ban at least 5-6 countries... thats the solution, @lukaszsz182 found it. you should expect a call from Sweden in few weeks for noble price from peace. turn off tv and all solutions will be over. tell that to Ukrainians killed or who lost someone.

Can you imagine one of my countrys's (Poland) player Rybus was banned to play for Poland because he refused to leave Russian league when he played there many years, has wife there and kids? do you approve this kind of way? This went way too far...

There's no clear right or wrong on that war, both sides have valid reasons so in a way they're right and wrong, they just need to put their differences aside and start talking to resolve their problems instead of shooting or bombing the heck of each other. With the Russian/Ukraine war there is a clear agressor and rest assured that if they had a quick victory in Ukraine as Putin imagined in his delirious mind, Moldova and Georgia were going to be next because Putin plan was to recreate the Russian Empire. The reason countries like Poland or Romania are out of reach is because they're part of NATO so he can't invade them, any ex-USSR country that's not part of NATO is game on Putin's head.

Here is our take on the matter: We are strongly against any kind of war act in any form. I think it is pretty clear that we are standing with Ukraine (we have given all Ukrainian users free PTs, CMs etc. to try in some extremely small way show our support, we have also sent money to UNHCR ear marked for refugees etc.). We do however not believe in punishing the people of Russia, for something that are out of their hands. We decided right from the start that we would allow the people of Russia to keep playing ManagerZone. However, we have cut all Russian banks and other Russian payment options from our payment provider e.g. Russian users cannot pay for Power Tokens. This way we are sanctioning and making sure that ManagerZone does not provide any business to Russia. So we cut our own profit from Russia, but we are letting Russian users play ManagerZone. This decision is not final, we will follow the development and act accordinglyHere is our take on the matter:
