coach training speed

not sure if this is a valid question but do different coaches train players at different speeds? what i mean is this. suppose i have a player with 6 shooting balls. there are 3 coaches available. 2 of them have 7 shooting balls and the 3rd has 8 shooting balls. question is can 1 of the coaches with 7 shooting balls train faster than the other coach with 7 shooting balls? can the coach with 8 shooting balls train faster than the other 2? Please state any assumptions madenot sure if this is a valid question but do different coaches train players at different speeds?
