How to cheat the tactic player proximity

So I was looking at a guy that creamed me today.. somehow he has got around the player proximity on the tactics page. This is the guy alanblanco1231 Can anyone tell me how this is possible? He just used tactic with 2 sold players. For some reason players from bench that replace them take random positions and sometimes can even be placed next to goalkeeper. One of these things CREW will never fix..He just used tactic with 2 sold players.
