How low (ball control) can u go?

Hi! This is Sture and he is not that good with the ball at his feet (5 max bc). [fpl=219797913] Anybody know/feel/think that 5 bc can work as a senior defender? Looks decent elsewhere.. Or just cash in with a u23 team...Hi!
