Change languageOnce and for all stop the message board spammers! Please, only 10,000 people have brought this up and agreed. Finally give back to the people.
Nearly all my Uxx posts have been spammed with players this morning and I can't do anything to stop it. Nobody wants to see it but we can't stop it. Please, only people in that league should be able to post it that message board for a start.
FA'S barely manage this forum anymore. They can't manage guestbooks and league message boards so you continue to allow whatever you want. When do you start listing to the community. "Oh but we are doing istagram" yeh 10 years too late after everyone had already suggested it.

darkline - 14-06-2023 21:25Even more difficult when the "people at top" prefers lazy people because they don't bother them over hyperactive assistants that do to much and bug them with ideas or proposals on how to improve the game or improve the support structure.
I'm not kiding, that's the actual mentality, if you never complain about anything, never bother crew with ideas and say YES to any idea from them no matter how dumb, then you're HMA material.

He was always complaining about spam on his league board and when I was assistant he used to bug me about it almost daily, it was really frustrating as I couldn't do much other than clean the spam and discuss this issue on the admin forum knowing nothing will change, he passed away last year and one of his last posts was to bump up his thread about spam with a "No news?".
Sadly, still no news.... hopefully soon?

Worst business model. You're only in business with the support of the people who pay for this game. If you don't listen to those people eventually ou will have no business. I'm not sure why that's taken over 15 years to realise. If you are happy with your revenue crew you are crazy because this game has so.much potential and could be so much right now but not for all the people who have walked away and still are due to poor leadership and lack of care for its supporters

darkline - 15-06-2023 12:04Is just mindblowing, people have been complaining about spam on league boards for the past 15 years, we discussed this issue on the admin forums for the same amount of time on multiple threads with all sorts of solutions being discussed between assistants with the same lack of participation from crew as you see in this forum, people think the admin forum is a place were assistants interact with crew but that's not true, 99% of their suggestions and ideas get ignored.
Is just frustrating because it doesn't make sense, I understand if they're afraid to change the SIM because they think they'll lose users, but how ignoring a problem that's is super easy to resolve and people have been complain about for 15 years makes any sense at all?
And about the SIM, I know they're afraid of changing the SIM because they believe they will lose users, but they're losing users for NOT changing the SIM... in the last months old time users that quit the game 5/6/7 years ago are coming back to the game, you see them on the spanish forums asking what changed and asking for tactical advice... they might get CM for a month or two, realize nothing really changed, get bored and quit again. Recently I had 5/6 guys old time returning users in USA contact me asking me what changed, tactical advice, etc.... of all of them only yenuwine seem to be still active and the others just got bored after realizing is the still old game with the same old tried tactics, another old time user prey_el contacted me just a few days ago, made a few transfers and I helped him with setting up with a few friendly games against my team but again, you're just not going to keep this users if you don't change the SIM!!
Honestly, I really don't think crew realizes how many people come back to the game after taking a long break, all excited to see what's new.... only to find out that changes are cosmetic and the community is dead, really sad.
