Very dependant on what tactic you use and your ambitions. In general: speed, stamina, tackling, ball control, passing and aerial passing. Plus all players require Player Intelligence and experience to be effectiveVery dependant on what tactic you use and your ambitions.

I do like a midfielder well rounded. I guess he would look rather similar to a defender, however with a little more BC and over all passing skills compared to tackling.I do like a midfielder well rounded.
