Dear crew please help!

I put this player for sale 2 times and an idiot stop the transfer 2 times because he probably dont know the game and the value of the players! shoot the idiots GAs out of this game! its tragic! i made some deals and i cant buy the players i want because they stop my transfer! the player is superstar and i receive bids first time 8.400.000m euros and second time 8.000.000 euros from top team! please someone from crew answer something! we see all the time weird transfers with crazy money bad players and they dont do anything and you stop this transfer? are you serious? sorry for my language but this must be stop and that guy makes me crazy! here is my player unmaxed play intelligence ball control and cross balls! I will be opening a thread about this as soon as I have the time and energy. I was the one bidding (and I guess it is quite obvious that i am a serious manager) and this is the fourth (!!!) time in the last month that I am involved in transfers that are suddenly stopped by some random xA who does not have a clue about the transfer values. Last time i wrote support about this is took one week to get an answer telling me it just was a mistake. Which it obviously wasnt, since it happens again and again and again. Not even mentioning that in 2 of these cases there was more than one manager bidding for the player, further proving the players market value. I am not hoping to get help or an apology, I want to hear that there are going to be changes made since this idiocy cant continue going on.I will be opening a thread about this as soon as I have the time and energy.

Dear manager, You've already got an answer from Support. Please understand that not all managers are as honest as you are. And sometimes, trying to keep the balance of the game and to protect the honest users, my team hurts one of them. And we are really, really sorry when happen. Closing 1000 cheaters don't compensate a warning to an honest user. 99,99% of managers play for their fun and we do our best to protect that. I am surprised he received an answer that quickly, when I wrote regarding the transfer that was stopped before it took one week. Still, it does not justify the way that the transfer is worked on. As said - firstly - if one knows how the transfer prices look at the moment, one would know that is a bid basically exactly in market range. Second - one click on my profile and one click on the sellers profile should be enough to see that we are both serious and aspiring managers. The exact same was in the last transfer i am talking about, where the buyer is a top team in Sweden. And third, the MOST absurd thing: Both this player AND the other player I am talking about received bids from more than one manager when their transfers were cancelled. Which is a strong argument that the players were within market range and even stronger argument that the ones stopping the transfers dont seem to check anything at all before doing so.
