Cups - Free & Open to all...

I can remember a time, where there were some free and open official cups. All teams were welcomed to participate. Am I missing the invites? or do they just not exist anymore. there's one per year (not season) your country assistants ask for it and then crew deliversthere's one per year (not season)

Thanks. Just signed up for one today. I'm guessing I'll get two more free chances to play when the one I just joined is completed? Because right now it says I need 5 tokens for another cup pool participation.
