In the 3rd minute, Auke van Wonderen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gio Ubels was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, Viko's Bill Korfs got control of the ball when Sven van Putten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gio Ubels took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdi Engbers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gio Ubels showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arjen Das, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Gio Ubels showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arjen Das in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Harmole HC's goal looked a bit too open when Arjen Das came free, but Gio Ubels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gio Ubels showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arjen Das, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Arjen Das had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Arjen Das shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gio Ubels saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gio Ubels took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arjen Das, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gio Ubels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Auke van Wonderen in the 30th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Auke van Wonderen in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gio Ubels saved Harmole HC from getting behind. 32 minutes into the match, Harmole HC's goal looked a bit too open when Auke van Wonderen came free, but Gio Ubels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 33 minutes, Arjen Das managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viko's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arjen Das was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harmole HC's Gio Ubels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Auke van Wonderen in the 37th minute of play. Peter Dijkstra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Bill Korfs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reinhard van Kempen's late challenge caught a Viko's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reinhard van Kempen helped the player get up and apologised. Alex Oosterhof took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gio Ubels. Harmole HC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Harmole HC's Gio Ubels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arjen Das in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arjen Das in the 47th minute of play forced Harmole HC's goalkeeper Gio Ubels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arjen Das stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Auke van Wonderen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 75th match minute, Viko was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Sándor to maneuver through the defense. Harmole HC's Peter Dijkstra got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Harmole HC's goal looked a bit too open when Arjen Das came free, but Gio Ubels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arjen Das took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gio Ubels. Gio Ubels dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Harmole HC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Arjen Das scored to the left of an out of position Gio Ubels, making the score, 0-3. In the 87th of the match, Arjen Das tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Gio Ubels got in the way and made a wonderful save. Bill Korfs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert-Jan Schild in the 90th minute of the match. Gio Ubels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arjen Das in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Harmole HC booed when Viko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Sándor didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Viko players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
