En esta ocasión compartimos una entrevista con Rama777, usuario argentino que presentó un escudo con un par de modificaciones especiales para este torneo, que en gusto de muchos, era uno de los candidatos a llegar a las finales.

Llegando a las instancias finales de este apasionante
Campeonato de Escudos no podíamos dejar afuera del mismo a un buen diseñador
XML que tenemos en el managerzone, me refiero a rama777 (Arg). El se ubicó en
el puesto 32 en nuestro torneo luego de caer en 16vos de finales frente a thiagoellohim, dueño del Sao Petesburgo (uno
de los mejores escudos del mundo). Para nuestra punto de vista fue un cruce
demoledor, con un poco mas de suerte hubiese podido colarse entre los mejores
16 y tal vez mas. Con unos cuantos escudos en su haber, y muchos que de seguro
estarán por venir, se puede decir que ya está afianzado con el tema del editor.

revista y gracias por dedicarnos una parte de tu tiempo para poder realizar
esta entrevista. Te damos nuestras felicitaciones por tu lindo escudo exhibido
a lo largo de evento. Por favor, si fueras tan amable de presentarte antes de
introducirnos en el mundo del diseño XML con un par de preguntirijillas.

¡¡Hola!! Antes que nada quería
agradecerles por tenerme en cuenta en esta sección de la revista. Mi nombre es
Ramiro Sica, tengo 24 años, soy de Rauch, provincia de Buenos Aires, estoy en
pareja hace 3 años y tengo un nene de 6 meses. Actualmente estoy terminando la
carrera de Contador Publico, Soy fanático del Rojo de Avellaneda y de los
Broncos de Tandil (Wild Broncos FC) jaja.
Así que Ramiro, primero que nada nos gustaría saber
todo sobre tu insignia. ¿El por qué y qué significa? ¿Fue hecha nueva
especialmente para el torneo o la posees desde antes (de ser así, cuéntanos
cuando la hiciste)? ¿Estas satisfecho con el resultado final teniendo en
cuenta las limitaciones del editor? ¿Se te dificultó llevar la idea a la
práctica?

Bueno, básicamente la insignia refleja
el nombre del equipo, que tiene su origen en los caballos, y los colores se
deben a mi preferencia por el azul/celeste. La idea de la insignia fue creada
hace mucho tiempo, podría de decirse comienzos del 2013, y fue teniendo
diferentes versiones a medida que pasaba el tiempo. Esta ultima versión recibió
unos retoques por parte de Ivan (manigoldo_de_cancer) en lo que corresponde a
sombras y brillos. La verdad estoy muy conforme con el resultado final, no es
una insignia muy complicada, pero si original ya que no se copio de ningún
lado.
La siguiente pregunta es dirigida tanto al Ramiro
diseñador como también al Ramiro juez. Danos tu punto de vista a la hora de
evaluar un buen escudo. ¿Qué es lo que primero resaltas de un buen escudo? ¿Qué
elementos tiene que tener? ¿Tus decisiones a la hora de votar eran basadas en
estos conceptos o durante el torneo quizás premiabas otras cosas como son la
originalidad, impacto visual, sorpresa, afinidad con el usuario, etc.?

Yo principalmente lo primero que veo en
un escudo es la prolijidad y armonía de colores, preferentemente me gustan mas
los que se asemejan a una insignia de futbol. Durante el torneo vote de todo,
había trabajos que a pesar de no parecer una insignia futbolística merecían el
voto, por lo mismo que vos decís originalidad, impacto visual, etc. Pero nunca
tuve en cuenta la nacionalidad del usuario o mi afinidad con el mismo a la hora
de votar, por eso lo vote al vikingo en el cruce contra Ivan, chiste.
Sabemos que últimamente estuviste practicando más con
el editor e hiciste algunos emblemas muy buenos para otros compañeros y ojala
nosotros hayamos influenciado un poco en eso. Esta demás preguntarte sobre tu conformidad con las herramientas que
proporciona el managerzone para diseñar nuestras insignias, creo que todos
coincidimos que deberían mejorarlas mucho. No obstante, ¿Qué tanto crees que
debemos esforzarnos para hacer buenos escudos? ¿Crees que los que recién
comienzan se dan por vencido muy rápido o es lógico? Si quieres darles algún
consejo que te haya servido a ti para mejorar va a ser bienvenido.

Si estuve practicando más con el editor,
tratando de salvar la asignatura pendiente que tenia con los brillos y sombras
en mis trabajos previos a esta competencia. No creo que la herramienta deba
mejorarse mucho más, salvo el límite de objetos que valga la redundancia nos
limita en los trabajos. Yo creo que la clave para hacer un escudo con esta
herramienta se enfoca en la paciencia de cada uno y probar continuamente hasta
llegar al objetivo. Los que recién comienzan, en su mayoría, se dan por
vencidos porque ven que están 1 o 2 horas con el editor y no consiguen lo que
esperan, pero esto también se da porque no saben la cantidad de horas que tiene
cada trabajo. Mi consejo seria que prueben, que lean algunas guías, y si se frustran
que lo dejen por unos días y después lo vuelvan a intentar.
Dos preguntas respecto al mismo tema:
La primera: ¿Que opinas respecto a las rivalidades de
los que defienden un buen diseño sin importar cosas como el marco (entiéndase
escudos tipo imagen) o que se salga de lo habitual, y los que critican a los
mismos excusándose en que esta competencia no es de arte si no de escudos?

Como dije anteriormente yo prefiero un
diseño habitual, pero la primicia de la competencia era realizar un escudo con
el editor de mz, de ahí en más cada uno participaba con lo que le parecía
mejor, por lo tanto nunca me excusaría diciendo que no era una competencia de
arte.
La segunda es compuesta: ¿Crees que esta tendencia
influyó en algún momento del torneo? ¿En qué etapa piensas que lo hizo mas? (O
sea si notaste que en algún momento del torneo se fueron muchos escudos de un
estilo y los que pasaron se hicieron fuertes y avanzaron, o el criterio te
pareció el mismo durante todo el torneo incluyendo estas etapas finales).

Yo no creo
haya habido una tendencia, los votantes simplemente votaron lo que le gustaba más
en su momento, a mi entender siempre fueron avanzando los mejores, salvo
algunas excepciones, lo que tampoco les quita merito ya que pasadas las
primeras instancias todos los emblemas se encontraban en un nivel similar.
No queremos abrir una herida reciente pero tenemos que
preguntarte de tu temprana (para nosotros) eliminación del campeonato. Si bien
llegaste hasta los 32 mejores pensamos que con un poco mas de fortuna a la hora
de los cruces podías haber llegado mas lejos. ¿Como te trató en si todo este evento y como viviste tú duro choque
contra thiago? ¿Hubieses preferido un rival mas accesible para enfrentarte a
los mejores mas adelante o piensas que para que valga la pena llegar lejos
tienes que ganarle a los mejores?

Estoy muy
indignado, creí que tenía el escudo campeón, jaja. Ahora en serio, durante todo
el evento siempre tuve dudas si iba a pasar de ronda o no, ya que es cuestión
de gustos. En todas las instancias tenia los cruces más duros, salvo contra el
tano (el cruce de 64vos). Arrancamos la competencia sin ser cabeza de serie,
clasificamos pero fuimos a parar al grupo de la muerte. Ya tenía de cábala
llorar por los foros diciendo que no pasaba de ronda jaja, hasta que por 32vos
de final nos topamos con thiago, ahí me cayeron las fichas que estaba muy
difícil, salí a decir que tenia un par de defectos, se ve que no alcanzo.
Obviamente hubiese preferido un rival mas accesible como “la estrella de la
muerte” jaja, pero es como vos decís para ser el mejor hay que ganarle a todos.
Casi todos tenemos un favorito o teníamos en el caso
de que alguno de nuestros elegidos ya no estén en carrera. ¿Cuál es el tuyo? En
el caso de que tu favorito ya no se encuentre entre los 8 finalistas ¿Cuál de
ellos te parece el mejor y sí éste coincide con el que piensas que va a
llevarse el 1er puesto?

La verdad no tengo un favorito, fui
tratando de votar objetivamente, creo que los 32 mejores eran mis preferidos al
comienzo de la competencia, entre los que más me gustaban estaban, Metro80,
angelo_10, Sepultura de Almas, Baireslett y Dientes. Para mi el mejor de estos
es el Metro80 (espero no quemarlo jaja), igual me encantaría que ganara thiago así
puedo decir que perdí mano a mano contra el mejor jaja,
Por
ultimo quisiéramos que nos des tu opinión sobre la organización de este torneo
que estamos llevando a cabo. Toda crítica es bien recibida. Puedes remarcar
algo que no te haya gustado o simplemente cosas en las que deberíamos mejorar.
También si tienes ideas nuevas puedes mencionarlas.

La organización del torneo fue
impecable, mantuvieron los plazos perfectamente, la revista tiene un nivel
estético por encima del resto y con el contenido justo. Tengo algo de
experiencia organizando torneos, pero nunca con 600 participantes asi que me
imagino que eso debe de haber sido una complejidad importante. Están haciendo
un laburo magnifico, espero podamos tener una segunda edición de esta
competencia.

Arriving at the final stages of this exciting Badge Championship we could not leave out of it a good XML designer in the ManagerZone, I speak of Rama777 (Arg). He came in at number 32 in our tournament after falling in the 16 round against thiagoellohim, owner of Sao Petersburg (one of the best badge in the world). In our point of view was a devastating cross, with a little luck you could have sneak into the top 16 and maybe more. We can say that is already entrenched with the theme editor.

Hi! First of all I wanted to thank you for considering me in this section of the magazine. My name is Ramiro Sica, I have 24 years, I am from Rauch, province of Buenos Aires, I have a baby of six months and currently I am finishing my studies of Public Accountant. First of all we would like to know everything about your logo. Why the horse and what it means? Was it made new especially for the tournament or possess before? Are you satisfied with the end result considering the limitations of the editor? Was it difficult for you to bring the idea into practice?

Well basically my logo reflects my team name which originated in horses, and the colors are due to my preference for blue. The idea for the logo was created long time ago, could be said early 2013, and was given different versions as time passed. This latest version received some tweaks by Ivan (manigoldo_de_cancer) as corresponding to shadows and highlights. Actually I 'm very happy with the end result, it's not a complicated logo, but if the original and not copied from others site.
The next question is both about Ramiro the designer as the judge. Give us your opinion when evaluating a good badge. What is the first thing you highlight a good badge? What elements have to have? Do your decisions when voting were based on these concepts or perhaps other things as are originality, visual impact , surprise, affinity with the user, etc.?

I mainly first thing I see on a badge is neatness and harmony of colors, preferably like me and those who resemble a football badge. During the tournament vote of all, there was work despite not look like a football badge deserved the vote, just as you say originality, visual impact , etc. But I never had the nationality of the user or my affinity with the same at the time of voting , so I voted for the Viking in the crossing against Ivan , joke.
We know that you were practicing more with the editor in the last time and you did some very good emblems for other colleagues and hopefully we have influenced a bit on that. How much do you think that we should strive for to make good badges? Do you think those newly users given up too fast or it's logical? If you want to give some advice that served to you to improve it will be welcome.

Yes, I practiced more with the editor , trying to save the unfinished business he had with highlights and shadows in my previous work in this competition. I do not think that the tool be much improved, except the limit of objects that pun limits us in the work . I believe the key to making a shield with this tool focuses on the patience of everyone and continuously try to reach the goal. The newbies, mostly give up because they see that are 1 to 2 hours with the publisher and do not get what they expect, but this too is because they do not know the number of hours that each job. My advice would try, read some guides, and if frustrated to be left for a few days and then try again.
Two questions on the same topic:
The first : What do you think about the rivalries of those advocating a good design regardless things like frame (read type image badges) or are out of the ordinary, and those who criticize them apologetically that this competition is not it is art tournament, is a badges competition?

As I said earlier I prefer a standard design, but the scoop of competition was to make a shield with the editor mz , from then on everyone involved with what he thought was best , so excuse me ever saying it was not a art competition.
The second is composed question: Do you think that this trend influenced sometime in the tournament? At what stage did you think more ? (That is if you noticed that at some point many shields tournament style similar passed rounds and were strong and advanced , or criterion you think the same throughout the tournament including these final stages)

I don't think there has been a tendency, voters simply voted what he liked most at the time, in my opinion were combing the best , with some exceptions , which also takes away merit since past the first instances all emblems were at a similar level.

I am very angry, I thought I had the champion badge, haha. Seriously, throughout the event I always doubt whether he would go round or not, because it is a matter of taste. In all instances had the toughest, except against the basement (the intersection of last 64) crosses. We started the competition without being seeded but we ended classify the group of death. He had cabal mourn the forums saying that there was going round haha, until last 32 end we ran against thiago, then I dropped the chips was very difficult, I got to say I had a couple of flaws, we see that I fail. Obviously I would have preferred a more affordable rival as "Death Star" haha, but as you say to be the best you have to beat everyone.
Almost everyone has a favorite or had in the event that any of our elected are not in race. What 's yours? In the event that your favorite no longer be among the 8 finalists Which one you like the best and yes it matches the one you think will win the 1st place ?

Actually I have not a favorite, was trying to objectively vote, I think the top 32 were my favorites at the start of competition among the ones I liked were, Metro80 , angelo_10 , Sepultura, Baireslett and Dientes. For me the best of these is the Metro80 (I hope not burn him haha), as I would love to win thiago's badge so I can say I lost against the best haha.
Finally we would like to give us your opinion about the organization of this tournament. Any criticism is welcome. You can highlight something you did not like or just things that should improve . If you have new ideas also you can mention.

The organization of the tournament was spotless, perfectly kept deadlines , the magazine has an aesthetic level above the rest and with the right content. I have some experience organizing tournaments, but never with 600 participants so I guess that must have been an important complexity. They are doing a magnificent work, I hope we can have a second edition of this competition.
