When Thomas Vollmari came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the U21 Totoras F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Vollmari couldn't finish the play. Dráuzio Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Vollmari in the 17th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Saiko FC's goalkeeper Dráuzio Sena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jamar Paige. Bruce Wayne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Vinhas in the 25th minute of play. Dráuzio Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Vollmari in the 29th minute of the match. When Fan Jing Yuan fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored U21 Totoras F.C.'s protests and gave Fan Jing Yuan a yellow card for diving instead. Thomas Vollmari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dráuzio Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruce Wayne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinei Laguna, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 42 played minutes Saiko FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Santana. 43 minutes into the match, Saiko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Vollmari came free, but Dráuzio Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruce Wayne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Vinhas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 minutes, Albino Corderun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U21 Totoras F.C. and the Saiko FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Albino Corderun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Vollmari in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dráuzio Sena saved Saiko FC from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Dráuzio Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Vollmari, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 54th match minute, U21 Totoras F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Duarte to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Gustavo Vinhas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saiko FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of Saiko FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of U21 Totoras F.C.:s goal. Dráuzio Sena had in the 62ndth minute some difficulties stopping Lin Sen's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Lin Sen did an outstanding performance 62 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 2-1 to the right of an irritated Dráuzio Sena in the goal. Saiko FC's attentive Waldir Mandrak managed to snatch the ball when Isaac Frasquito made a throw-in in the 66th minute of the game. If Thomas Vollmari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. U21 Totoras F.C.'s Bruce Wayne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Vinhas in the 73rd minute of play. Dráuzio Sena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomas Vollmari's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. U21 Totoras F.C.'s Bruce Wayne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinei Laguna in the 80th minute of play. Gustavo Vinhas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Bruce Wayne made a huge save. If Thomas Vollmari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Waldir Mandrak's late challenge caught a U21 Totoras F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Waldir Mandrak helped the player get up and apologised. U21 Totoras F.C.'s Eustaquio Turi was substituted for Albino Corderun. In the 87th match minute, Saiko FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldir Mandrak to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Thomas Vollmari managed to get in a good position for a shot. U21 Totoras F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Vollmari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dráuzio Sena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
