If Honorio Cresencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Amado Henrico fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fecha Libre's protests and gave Amado Henrico a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of CENTAURO booed when Fecha Libre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Henrico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigio Monte charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Remigio Monte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Remigio Monte kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Cirilo Paublo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Siro Cordeiro. Cirilo Paublo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Honorio Cresencio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Luis Rio came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the Fecha Libre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Rio couldn't finish the play. 52 minutes into the match, Fecha Libre's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Banegas came free, but Nestor Vigil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CENTAURO's Siro Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Paublo in the 58th minute of play. Siro Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Rio, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Cirilo Paublo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of CENTAURO's Siro Cordeiro. Siro Cordeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cirilo Porfirio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Cordeiro having to interfere. Nestor Vigil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Banegas in the 79th minute of play. Ovidio Rivero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nestor Vigil. Fecha Libre's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of CENTAURO booed when Fecha Libre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Porfirio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cirilo Porfirio kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodolfo Distiratsu during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fecha Libre's Rodolfo Distiratsu got a free kick in the 88th minute. Jonatan Banegas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Roque Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fecha Libre's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
