The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bato Gol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Poetass FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafim Madureira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oscar Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raphael Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. A collision led to Marquês de Herval getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Cícero Gaspar hit a great ball. Gerson Carneiro charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gerson Carneiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute, João Pedro Faria made a precise shot to the right of Oscar Freire. Marquês de Herval's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Poetass FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Marquês de Herval for a fine match.
