When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Winifred Alleyne put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Hannes Albäck. In the 38th minute Winifred Alleyne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Albäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s Hannes Albäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Scott Garcia in the 42nd minute of play. The Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Trinidad & Tobago were winning 0-2.

Don Bonair-Agard hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After having played for 57 minutes, Lester Hamel-Smith managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trinidad & Tobago's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lester Hamel-Smith was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s Daniel Kruse was substituted for Călin Lechințan. Daniel Kruse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lester Hamel-Smith received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hannes Albäck came out and tried to block the shot, but Lester Hamel-Smith slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 68th minute. Valer Bălășoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Brown having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Valer Bălășoiu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Charles Brown. Trinidad & Tobago's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valer Bălășoiu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 85 minutes into the game, Niculae Fărcășan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Charles Brown was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 3-3 became the score in the 90th minute when Daniel Kruse elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With 93 minutes on the clock, Ćićo Doro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Hannes Albäck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Scott Garcia in the 95th minute.
