The audience thought a goal was coming when Anselmo Frasquito got free with Bibiano Barbosa in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Anselmo Frasquito got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Haroldo Lartaun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frans Escajadillo went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute Godofredo Sindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bibiano Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilesindo Tarapiella took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Haroldo Lartaun. Haroldo Lartaun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Haroldo Lartaun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Rosas, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilesindo Tarapiella in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haroldo Lartaun saved Tacheros de Buenos Aires from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anselmo Frasquito during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Anselmo Frasquito got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Frans Escajadillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Frans Escajadillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Haroldo Lartaun made a huge save. Victorino Quexal hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Tacheros de Buenos Aires's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Gilesindo Tarapiella scored to the left of an out of position Haroldo Lartaun, making the score, 0-5. After a rather tough play, CON-E-CO's Argider Lizundia got a free kick in the 68th minute. Samuel Navarro hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute of the match Martinez Armesto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Haroldo Lartaun skillfully saved the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Servando Ariste kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Haroldo Lartaun. That made the score 0-6 in the 73 minute of play. In the 76th match minute, Tacheros de Buenos Aires was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Nicholas to maneuver through the defense. Martinez Armesto, 77 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Argider Lizundia scored 0-7 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Haroldo Lartaun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 83 minutes into the match, Tacheros de Buenos Aires's goalkeeper Haroldo Lartaun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frans Escajadillo. CON-E-CO were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Tacheros de Buenos Aires's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Martinez Armesto took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilesindo Tarapiella in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haroldo Lartaun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frans Escajadillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Haroldo Lartaun when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 89th play minutes Gilesindo Tarapiella shot 0-8, a short shot which went by Haroldo Lartaun and just under the crossbar into goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Gilesindo Tarapiella managed to get in a good position for a shot. CON-E-CO's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilesindo Tarapiella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Lartaun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. CON-E-CO's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
