After a rather tough play, Al-Femur FC's Maximiliano Barros got a free kick in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Macerio in the 20th minute of play forced Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Generoso Sasoin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Generoso Sasoin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iker Macerio in the 21st minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Horacio Iztal to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Ermengol in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Generoso Sasoin saved Gloria Verdinegra AFC from getting behind. 64 minutes into the match, Al-Femur FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Berasko came free, but Jesus Pepillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Al-Femur FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Prospero Montrell was slow to take the kick. During this time Gloria Verdinegra AFC's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Argider in the 67th minute of play forced Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Generoso Sasoin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Generoso Sasoin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Ermengol, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Ermengol in the 90th minute of play forced Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Generoso Sasoin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Pedro Daunte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
