In the 2nd minute, Lauro Sarmento made a precise shot to the right of William Rosa. Vila Mascote FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grady Esposito in the 6th minute of play forced Vae Victis!!'s goalkeeper Tiago Gabriel Cabral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Délio Tasso hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. William Rosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. William Rosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitório Pimenta in the 13th minute of the match. Cleiton Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Tiago Gabriel Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vila Mascote FC's José Augusto Brito got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute of the match, Cleiton Vidal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 22nd minute, Vila Mascote FC's Cleiton Vidal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tiago Gabriel Cabral. Tiago Gabriel Cabral yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After 25 played minutes Vila Mascote FC got a freekick which was hit by José de Mendonça. William Rosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauro Sarmento in the 27th minute of the match. Tiago Gabriel Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleiton Vidal in the 30th minute of play. Vae Victis!!'s Tiago Gabriel Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grady Esposito in the 37th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Vae Victis!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Cleiton Vidal came free, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Vila Mascote FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Stavros Katritsis hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vitório Pimenta to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Vae Victis!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Cleiton Vidal came free, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vila Mascote FC made a substitution. João Adolfo Moreno replaced Franklin Sarmento. Vila Mascote FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Grady Esposito in the 57th minute. The corner ended in Grady Esposito almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vae Victis!!'s Tiago Gabriel Cabral did a great save. Cleiton Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Délio Tasso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving William Rosa. That made the score 1-2 in the 61 minute of play. Tiago Gabriel Cabral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleiton Vidal in the 64th minute of the match. The corner ended in Grady Esposito almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vae Victis!!'s Tiago Gabriel Cabral did a great save. Cleiton Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Gabriel Cabral having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Vila Mascote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lauro Sarmento came free, but William Rosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. William Rosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Falcão Garcia went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Vae Victis!!'s Ivo Domingues was substituted for Délio Tasso. Vila Mascote FC were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Vae Victis!!'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Grady Esposito took the corner. The corner led Vila Mascote FC's Natã Castro to a score. 2-3 in the 81st minute. In the 85th minute, Natã Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute Natã Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natã Terra in the 91st minute of play forced Vila Mascote FC's goalkeeper William Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. William Rosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivo Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After a rather tough play, Vila Mascote FC's José de Mendonça got a free kick in the 95th minute. Jonathan de Queiroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Vae Victis!! had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
