With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fiori Munhoz in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leopoldo Abarca saved Club Atletico Fenix from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Leon Rius put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Percival Tavares. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atletico Fenix's Leon Rius slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Percival Tavares. That made the score 4-0 after 29 minutes of play. In the 34th minute, Luisito Sandalio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fiori Munhoz, 35 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Leopoldo Abarca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fiori Munhoz in the 39th minute of play. After 41 played minutes Inter de São Paulo got a freekick which was hit by Fred de Alcântara. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leon Rius in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Percival Tavares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Club Atletico Fenix fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Club Atletico Fenix's Leon Rius looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Percival Tavares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cecilio Seber went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the Inter de São Paulo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Club Atletico Fenix.
