Dante Leizarraga was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dante Leizarraga made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Marcelo Diniz sent off a good shot on target. Geovânio de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Txanton in the 20th minute of the match. Dante Leizarraga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrézinho Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The shot was stopped by Dante Leizarraga but with some difficulty. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Domingo Baraquiel made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Rolando Odon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovânio de Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Leizarraga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrézinho Messias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Odon in the 69th minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Geovânio de Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rolando Odon in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geovânio de Medeiros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Rolando Odon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Barcellos Mineiro FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Pedro Luiz Teles hit a great ball. In the 77th minute Andrézinho Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Leizarraga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 minutes, Ruperto Atarratze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL REY DE LA CARNE and the Barcellos Mineiro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
