Spectators: 7534 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leopoldo Guzman started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Zeledon Silbestre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los VagiHuevos and the SLB TELHA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd minute, Zeledon Silbestre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 11 played minutes SLB TELHA got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Silveira. SLB TELHA's Manuel Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Asur in the 14th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Los VagiHuevos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Silbestre to maneuver through the defense. SLB TELHA's Hildeberto Nóbrega shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 15th minute of play. The shot was stopped by David Santxol but with some difficulty. In the 19th minute Fernando Bento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Santxol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Los VagiHuevos's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Bento came free, but David Santxol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 played minutes SLB TELHA got a freekick which was hit by Avelino Madruga. Avelino Madruga took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Santxol. David Santxol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. David Santxol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Avelino Madruga's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Avelino Madruga sped through Los VagiHuevos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of David Santxol. If Avelino Madruga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Guzman in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Avelino Madruga made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Eduardo Santana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SLB TELHA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los VagiHuevos the free kick. In the 52nd minute, Eduardo Santana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Los VagiHuevos's Higinio Min tried to score from far away in the 52nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 54th minute Leopoldo Guzman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Santxol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avelino Madruga in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Venerando in the 59th minute of play forced SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Manuel Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Higinio Min was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los VagiHuevos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SLB TELHA the free kick. After a rather tough play, Los VagiHuevos's Higinio Min got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 68th match minute, Los VagiHuevos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Min to maneuver through the defense. David Santxol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Bento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Avelino Madruga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. David Santxol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th match minute, SLB TELHA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesário Laureano to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Avelino Madruga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Los VagiHuevos's zone, Fernando Bento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Santxol came out of the goal and Fernando Bento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Santxol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Bento, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SLB TELHA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Los VagiHuevos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
