An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Marques in the 14th minute of play forced Bulldog 07's goalkeeper Silvestre Goiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Várzea F.C.'s Rubinho Queirós got a free kick in the 15th minute. A hard shot by Raimundo Federigo from long distance, 16 minutes into the match, got Murilo Peixoto's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 20 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Rius notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Várzea F.C.'s Murilo Peixoto. Murilo Peixoto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Várzea F.C.'s Murilo Peixoto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Várzea F.C. from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiburcio Rius got free with Murilo Peixoto in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 27 in the game by Tiburcio Rius from a close distance when the talented Murilo Peixoto managed to make a qualified save. Várzea F.C.'s players were relieved. Várzea F.C.'s Murilo Peixoto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Federigo in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute of the match, Tiburcio Rius got a very nice opportunity to score, but Murilo Peixoto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 43rd minute, Ademar Mendes made a precise shot to the right of Silvestre Goiz. Bulldog 07's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

After having played for 53 minutes, Victorino Bidun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bulldog 07's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorino Bidun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ademar Mendes got free with Silvestre Goiz in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute, Joaquim Marques ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvestre Goiz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Bulldog 07's Anibal Manex was substituted for Raimundo Federigo. Bulldog 07 made a substitution. Jeremias Stephen replaced Eliseo Gelmiro. Silvestre Goiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ademar Mendes in the 71st minute of the match. When Ademar Mendes came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Várzea F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ademar Mendes couldn't finish the play. Murilo Peixoto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Eztebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Murilo Peixoto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Eztebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute, Anibal Manex made a precise shot to the right of Murilo Peixoto. Várzea F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Ramon Tavio kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
