Silvio Ortzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomil Pilitowski in the 23rd minute of the match. Silvio Ortzi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gabriel-Omar Bati's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Gabriel-Omar Bati put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Silvio Ortzi. Modesto Acevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Modesto Acevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Modesto Acevedo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Cavallino Rampante II's Manuel Ioritz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Manuel Ioritz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cavallino Rampante II protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Manuel Ioritz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of Cavallino Rampante II:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Couto Mixto F.C.:s goal. Silvio Ortzi had in the 45thth minute some difficulties stopping Gabriel-Omar Bati's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Haroldo Caradaro made a kick off. When Cavallino Rampante II's Abelardo Tello in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 62nd minute of the match Gabriel-Omar Bati sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvio Ortzi skillfully saved the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Gabriel-Omar Bati had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvio Ortzi. Cavallino Rampante II's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabriel-Omar Bati was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 69th minute Cavallino Rampante II were awarded a corner. Lisandro Illart went to the cornerflag to take it. Natalio Telo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Silvio Ortzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 72 minutes of play, Couto Mixto F.C.'s Eduino Cordoba made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvio Ortzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silvio Ortzi made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Gabriel-Omar Bati sent off a good shot on target. Cavallino Rampante II made a substitution. Luisito Koldo replaced Jairo Izotz. In the 77th minute of the match Couto Mixto F.C. got a corner. Cavallino Rampante II's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gabriel-Omar Bati ran over to the corner to take the kick. Radomil Pilitowski made a great header on Couto Mixto F.C.'s corner, it was just that Cavallino Rampante II's Silvio Ortzi managed to reach the ball for a save. Silvio Ortzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduino Cordoba in the 80th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Eduino Cordoba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Cavallino Rampante II supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Couto Mixto F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Couto Mixto F.C..
