The supporters of PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- booed when Average Joes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erland Ingvall didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Fausto Senna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivar Björling was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. The supporters of Average Joes booed when PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oséas Pires didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Average Joes defense, Fausto Senna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivar Björling. The Average Joes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivar Björling should have stopped the shot. David Nyström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the game, Erland Ingvall was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Average Joes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- the free kick. Hortêncio Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 41 played minutes PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Quirino. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Joakim Soned managed to get in a good position for a shot. Average Joes's supporters rose to their feet, but Joakim Soned was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caco Couto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Nyström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caco Couto having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ruy Gonçalves to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd minute, Fausto Senna made a precise shot to the right of Ivar Björling. Average Joes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joakim Soned in the 67th minute of play forced PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s goalkeeper Caco Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- made a substitution. Rei Pelé replaced Hortêncio Linhares. PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s Horácio Amaral was substituted for Aírton Bueno. PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s Severino Alvarenga was substituted for Basílio Torres. Fausto Senna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivar Björling read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Average Joes made a substitution. Tage Pååk replaced Jack Vennerberg. In the 83rd minute, Fausto Senna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivar Björling was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Average Joes's Agne Ambjörnsson was substituted for David Nyström. In the 88th minute Joakim Soned shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caco Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rei Pelé succeeded in the game's 91st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. When Fausto Senna came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Senna couldn't finish the play.
