LauerArmy were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Cobra Kai's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Konstanty Kojder took the corner. The corner led LauerArmy's Konstanty Kojder to fire away a dangerous shot which Lautaro Morales despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Didier Drogba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LauerArmy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cobra Kai the free kick. The supporters of Cobra Kai booed when LauerArmy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Didier Drogba didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 16th minute of the game was made by Frédson de Almeida with Didier Drogba as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Cobra Kai's Lautaro Morales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Henning in the 17th minute of play. Torsten Henning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Morales having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, Cobra Kai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Brun to maneuver through the defense. The goalkeeper, Dida Nascimento, was totally fooled by Cobra Kai's Štefan Hlavica, who 31 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arí Pereira in the 33rd minute of play forced Cobra Kai's goalkeeper Lautaro Morales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cobra Kai's Lautaro Morales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Henning in the 35th minute of play. Yu Xiang Zhou hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Torsten Henning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Morales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arí Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rdth minute of the game Arí Pereira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cobra Kai's Lautaro Morales was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lautaro Morales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arí Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Arí Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Lautaro Morales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The wind increased when Fabian Urdaspal made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Frédson de Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fabian Urdaspal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dida Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Urdaspal in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Urdaspal in the 58th minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Dida Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's Felippe Palmeira got a free kick in the 59th minute. Cobra Kai made a substitution. Óli Manfredi replaced Fabian Urdaspal. Cobra Kai's Rene Barea was substituted for Yu Xiang Zhou. Felippe Palmeira hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Lautaro Morales made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arí Pereira in the 63rd minute. LauerArmy's Dida Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Óli Manfredi in the 67th minute of play. After 71 played minutes LauerArmy got a freekick which was hit by Frédson de Almeida. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's Frédson de Almeida got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Óli Manfredi in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dida Nascimento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didier Drogba in the 78th minute of play forced Cobra Kai's goalkeeper Lautaro Morales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dida Nascimento didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Óli Manfredi went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the LauerArmy defense, Óli Manfredi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dida Nascimento. The LauerArmy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dida Nascimento should have stopped the shot. When Óli Manfredi came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Cobra Kai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Óli Manfredi couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute Óli Manfredi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Óli Manfredi might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dida Nascimento. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Óli Manfredi ran back to his position shaking his head. Dida Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Óli Manfredi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Óli Manfredi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dida Nascimento was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. 96 minutes into the match, Rene Barea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dida Nascimento. LauerArmy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rene Barea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0.
