After a defensive mix-up in Moose Knuckles's zone, Karsten Karlsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Svajūnas Ričkus came out of the goal and Karsten Karlsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjaminas Duseika kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. William Sommerseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Puišys, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. A collision led to Sagene IF getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Wang Zhen Tian hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Laimonas Jokubaitis notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sagene IF's William Sommerseth. William Sommerseth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Moose Knuckles booed when Sagene IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torstein Solli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torstein Solli might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Svajūnas Ričkus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torstein Solli ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernardas Eidintas charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardas Eidintas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sagene IF booed when Moose Knuckles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jurgis Daniela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torstein Solli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Torstein Solli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Svajūnas Ričkus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute Karsten Karlsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svajūnas Ričkus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Svajūnas Ričkus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karsten Karlsen in the 34th minute of the match. Hans-Kristian Aanes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Svajūnas Ričkus. Moose Knuckles's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 37thth minute of the game Tomas Puišys who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sagene IF's William Sommerseth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 42 played minutes Sagene IF got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Óbolo. After 43 played minutes, Moose Knuckles's Astijus Melekša shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper William Sommerseth came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Moose Knuckles reached it. Wang Zhen Tian's late challenge caught a Moose Knuckles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wang Zhen Tian helped the player get up and apologised. The Sagene IF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Moose Knuckles were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vaidas Matulis made a kick off. Moose Knuckles's Svajūnas Ričkus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torstein Solli in the 51st minute of play. After some careless play in the Moose Knuckles defense, Torstein Solli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Svajūnas Ričkus. The Moose Knuckles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Svajūnas Ričkus should have stopped the shot. Svajūnas Ričkus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torstein Solli in the 65th minute of play. Bernardas Eidintas was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Svajūnas Ričkus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torstein Solli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sagene IF's Raymond Michalsen was substituted for Gabriel Aakre. Wang Zhen Tian kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. A collision led to Moose Knuckles getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Sigitas Purvinis hit a great ball. William Sommerseth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Puišys in the 96th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
