NFH Family United's Alexander Sum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Loi in the 7th minute of play. Alexander Sum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Loi in the 14th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ang Chew got free with Alexis Routhier in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the match, Quebec city FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Chian came free, but Alexis Routhier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Loi in the 21st minute of play forced NFH Family United's goalkeeper Alexander Sum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind NFH Family United's goalkeeper Alexander Sum, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Quebec city FC defense, Mark Chian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexis Routhier. The Quebec city FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexis Routhier should have stopped the shot. Florian Rukszcz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Sum having to interfere. Alexis Routhier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Chian in the 31st minute of play. Alexis Routhier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Chian, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Alexis Routhier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Chian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Quebec city FC's Lanny Blake got a free kick in the 40th minute. Alexis Routhier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Chian in the 41st minute of the match.

In the 59th minute Ang Chew shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexis Routhier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexis Routhier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ang Chew, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Alexis Routhier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Quebec city FC's zone, Ang Chew stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexis Routhier came out of the goal and Ang Chew tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 77 played minutes Quebec city FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Bourgeois. Alexander Sum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnson Kay, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Alexander Sum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Rukszcz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexis Routhier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Chian in the 89th minute of play. After some careless play in the Quebec city FC defense, Ang Chew kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexis Routhier. The Quebec city FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexis Routhier should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. NFH Family United had played much better football throughout.
