A throw-in in the 4th minute of the game was made by Sabin Craia with George Giurcă as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Avantul Hirlau's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gavril Şoltuz in the 7th minute. Avantul Hirlau's Ionică Pantiș was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dacian Oravițan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. George Stoicu got in the 10th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Dacian Oravițan handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when George Stoicu sped through FC ciufulici's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dacian Oravițan. Edgar Vlas hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Maxim Nae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucrețiu Oroian in the 15th minute of play. Maxim Nae stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucrețiu Oroian's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute, Edgar Comarnescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dacian Oravițan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Stoicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. George Stoicu made a great header on Avantul Hirlau's corner, it was just that FC ciufulici's Dacian Oravițan managed to reach the ball for a save. The FC ciufulici fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when FC ciufulici's Teodor Covaci looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dacian Oravițan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Stoicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucrețiu Oroian's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Maxim Nae skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 34 minutes Avantul Hirlau's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was George Giurcă who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Stoicu in the 36th minute of play forced FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Dacian Oravițan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maxim Nae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucrețiu Oroian, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute of the match Avantul Hirlau got a corner. FC ciufulici's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gavril Şoltuz ran over to the corner to take the kick.

Maxim Nae showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodor Covaci in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Gabriel Mustea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When FC ciufulici's Lucrețiu Oroian in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Avantul Hirlau's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of FC ciufulici booed when Avantul Hirlau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciprian Manciu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iurie Avacariței could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Dacian Oravițan made a huge save. In the 70th minute, Avantul Hirlau's Iurie Avacariței dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. When FC ciufulici's Lucrețiu Oroian in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Maxim Nae showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucrețiu Oroian in the 76th minute of the match. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Avantul Hirlau's goalkeeper Maxim Nae, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ciprian Manciu kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Avantul Hirlau's Maxim Nae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Oroian in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th match minute, FC ciufulici was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remus Onea to maneuver through the defense. Sabin Craia kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Avantul Hirlau's Gavril Şoltuz tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Avantul Hirlau's George Stoicu got a free kick in the 95th minute.
