Nacho Scocco started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Pirates of Black Sea getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Hatemi Akyel hit a great ball. In the 7th match minute, Hendek Spor Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nacho Scocco to maneuver through the defense. Ali Kağan Onuralp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dale Dolar in the 8th minute of play. Ali Kağan Onuralp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dale Dolar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th match minute, Hendek Spor Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abuzer Rehber to maneuver through the defense. Ali Kağan Onuralp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dale Dolar's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Ivar Bjurström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nacho Scocco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dale Dolar took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ali Kağan Onuralp. Ali Kağan Onuralp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Abdullah İğdemir kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Ayberk Gümüşcü could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Ivar Bjurström made a huge save. After 25 played minutes Pirates of Black Sea got a freekick which was hit by Morten Langørgen. Ivar Bjurström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Refik Halit Hatemoğlu in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes Hendek Spor Kulübü got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Arif Vecdi. Recep Çetin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ali Kağan Onuralp. Hendek Spor Kulübü's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dale Dolar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ali Kağan Onuralp was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Refik Halit Hatemoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hendek Spor Kulübü's supporters rose to their feet, but Refik Halit Hatemoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivar Bjurström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dündar Ozansu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dale Dolar in the 42nd minute of play forced Hendek Spor Kulübü's goalkeeper Ali Kağan Onuralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Pirates of Black Sea booed when Hendek Spor Kulübü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Arif Vecdi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Morten Langørgen to make the kick off. Ali Kağan Onuralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Morten Langørgen, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute Dale Dolar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Kağan Onuralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pirates of Black Sea's Mazhar Tanyolaç got a free kick in the 67th minute. With a little luck, Hendek Spor Kulübü's Ali Kağan Onuralp got control of the ball when Morten Langørgen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Dale Dolar could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Ali Kağan Onuralp however easily saved by the left post. Pirates of Black Sea's Mehmet Çağrı Coşan was substituted for Dale Dolar. A collision led to Pirates of Black Sea getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Mehmet Çağrı Coşan hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, Pirates of Black Sea's Mehmet Çağrı Coşan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ali Kağan Onuralp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mehmet Çağrı Coşan might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ali Kağan Onuralp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehmet Çağrı Coşan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 88th minute Mehmet Çağrı Coşan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Kağan Onuralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abuzer Rehber hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Mehmet Çağrı Coşan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Kağan Onuralp having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Hendek Spor Kulübü's goalkeeper Ali Kağan Onuralp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Çağrı Coşan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Çağrı Coşan got free with Ali Kağan Onuralp in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mehmet Çağrı Coşan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ali Kağan Onuralp having to make a save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pirates of Black Sea eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
