An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by Basilio Maiorga got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Basilio Maiorga in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet as Re Loco's Basilio Maiorga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mario Olando. That made the score 7-0 after 35 minutes of play. Mario Olando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Fresco in the 38th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Basilio Maiorga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Olando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basilio Maiorga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Gonzalo Fresco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Mario Olando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mario Olando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 89 played minutes Barrilete Cósmico got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Macias. If Carles Artadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 91 minutes, Mateusz Sakowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Re Loco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateusz Sakowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Re Loco booed when Barrilete Cósmico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Gerazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Re Loco had played much better football throughout.
