After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Don Cabezon managed to get in a good position for a shot. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Don Cabezon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Falcão Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dacian Nițescu made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Augusto Saldanha sent off a good shot on target. Dacian Nițescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dacian Nițescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augusto Saldanha in the 25th minute. Augusto Saldanha received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dacian Nițescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Augusto Saldanha slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. Gracie Barra's attentive Olavo Costa managed to snatch the ball when Dadá Oliveira made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. In the 43rd minute, Ciccio Di Blasio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Velloso came free, but Dacian Nițescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Pedro Velloso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dacian Nițescu was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 57th minute, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Don Cabezon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Falcão Cunha. Falcão Cunha yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Augusto Saldanha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 68 minutes of play, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Don Cabezon made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Falcão Cunha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gracie Barra's Snorri De Hond was substituted for Augusto Saldanha. Falcão Cunha made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Don Cabezon sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Gracie Barra booed when AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Presiyan Mitikov didn't get a good kick on the ball. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Dede Akmal was substituted for Ardy Pakubuwono. In the 76th minute, Presiyan Mitikov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dacian Nițescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilton Botelho in the 77th minute of the match. Dacian Nițescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilton Botelho in the 79th minute of play. Dadá Oliveira got a throw-in 84 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ryszard Owsiak. Dacian Nițescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şamil Sağman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ryszard Owsiak hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Nilton Botelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Nițescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dacian Nițescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilton Botelho in the 91st minute of the match. Dacian Nițescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Snorri De Hond in the 95th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
