Louis Baboeuf's late challenge caught a Pezerik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Louis Baboeuf helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, The Everett Hawks's Louis Baboeuf got a free kick in the 89th minute. Jonathan De Smet took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ludo Vanden Bossche. The Everett Hawks's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ludo Vanden Bossche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Van Dyck in the 95th minute of the match. Louis Baboeuf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 99 minutes, Youri Naessens mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pezerik and the The Everett Hawks players grew even worse after the yellow card. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing The Everett Hawks would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
