Timoteo Maldonado had in the 17thth minute some difficulties stopping Leo Giro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Victor Favila was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Candido Ovando showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. Timoteo Maldonado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Milito in the 27th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, John Skytt made a precise shot to the right of Victor Favila. Deportivo Diamante U18's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 38th match minute, NECKER49 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Bernabel to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diego Milito made a kick off. Damian Bernabel kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. NECKER49's Timoteo Maldonado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Giro in the 55th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Deportivo Diamante U18's Laureano Mitxaut slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Timoteo Maldonado. That made the score 4-1 after 59 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Skytt in the 64th minute of play forced Deportivo Diamante U18's goalkeeper Victor Favila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Favila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Ovando in the 68th minute of the match.
