After a defensive mix-up in Air Football's zone, Zbyszko Gdaniec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Przemyslaw Zacharzewski came out of the goal and Zbyszko Gdaniec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the game, Zbyszko Gdaniec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Przemyslaw Zacharzewski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Filip Jaroch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Filip Jaroch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Derk Borst might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Przemyslaw Zacharzewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Derk Borst ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 71st minute, Derk Borst left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bajbusy Fabian-a fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Przemyslaw Zacharzewski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Derk Borst showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 89 minute of play. In the 94th minute Derk Borst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Przemyslaw Zacharzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bajbusy Fabian-a's Derk Borst got a free kick in the 95th minute. Bajbusy Fabian-a's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
